The loin chop is virtually a whole muscle that comes from one side of the lumbar portion of the lamb known as the saddle. They have a T-shaped bone with the loin muscle on one side.

How Should I Prepare It?


Grilled or pan-fried loin chops are ideal. They cook fast and are great for a quick and flavorful lunch, and if not overcooked, they remain quite soft. Cook each side for 2-5 minutes, depending on thickness. Y
