Our goat leg is chopped in the center to deliver the finest central piece of the leg. For easy cooking and reliably tender flesh, the rump and shank have been removed. As a result, the meat is delicious and has a high flesh-to-bone ratio. Rub with olive oil and seasonings of choice. Goat fed just on grass or you may also like Lamb Leg Steaks.
